David is a Deputy Head Teacher working in a Catholic primary school in Codsall near Wolverhampton and as well as striving to deliver high quality teaching and learning on a daily basis, he also considers with equally high regard the skills of questioning, researching, reflecting, pupil interaction, curiosity and communication.
David has had a varied working background with a whole plethora of jobs: butcher, coal miner, welder’s mate, youth worker, barman, ‘Lid Painter’ at Armitage Shanks and care/teaching aid. He has over 25 years experience of teaching, working with both children and adults in main stream and Special Education. Each individual role and experience he likes to view as just another stitch in the rich tapestry of life.
David is an avid writer, poet, thinker and blogger he is also part of another working partnership, working alongside his friend Daniel Callow of One Life Music; writing songs/music for collective worship within schools. http://www.onelifemusic.co.uk
David and Dan have released two resources, a book of inspiration songs for children called ‘I Believe’ and more recently CD-Rom called ‘Family of Faith.’

Lee had experience of teaching philosophy in prisons, delivering speeches at national conferences and delivering a wide variety of training in schools and on behalf of local authorities.
